Micro-Lock Compact is not yet available as upgrades. They are due to be released in Spring 2023.

At the present time Micro-Lock Compact is fitted in the following styles.  - Action Pro Collection and the Honister jacket.

Where do you ship?

Knox protectors are shipped worldwide direct manufacturers of apparel. For more details of how to work with Knox please complete our enquiry form with as much detail as possible and someone from our team will reply to you.

Is there a minimum order quantity for manufacturers?

The minimum order quantity is not always high, it depends on the style. However we treat every customer as an individual and try to work to their requirements.

Can any manufacturer or brand purchase Knox?

Accepted Answer

There is an application and approval process for any brand wanting to use Knox Original Equipment.

Whilst we want as many riders as possible to have the benefit of using Knox, we also care about quality and therefore  align the Knox brand with good quality.

Do Knox provide advise and support for manufacturers and apparel brands?

Yes, we provide technical support on product selection,  protector placement and positioning in garments to ensure a perfect fit.

What is the lead time for orders of protectors for garments?

Accepted Answer

Lead times are given at the time of order and can vary depending on the size of order and time of year.  We also work with our customers on annual forecasting.

Is all Knox Original Equipment CE approved?

All parts capable of being CE approved are certified.

How do I know if I am buying authentic, genuine Knox parts and not copies?

Accepted Answer

Knox control all orders of Knox Original Equipment direct from Knox HQ in the UK and we do not work with agents or resellers. So if you are offered Knox from someone else we cannot guarantee it is genuine and not a copy. We highly recommend contacting us for advice. 
Knox  creates innovative protection and systems and actively protects its IPR and patents.

Yes, we understand Knox marketing is an important focus for our customers and we can provide video and images as well as labels and hang tags for garments.
